• Maximum 80 seats (2 Buses of 2x2 seating) are available. Waiting list will be maintained and if sufficient registration is received, one more Bus will be included. Seats for non-members and guest will be kept in second waiting list, same will be confirmed against availability of vacant seats on or before January 17, 2023.
• Seats will be confirmed on full payment (Cash only) on first cum first serve basis. Each society is allotted with equal number of seats for their members.
• Charges per person for society members and their dependent family members (spouse, own children and dependent parents): Rs.1600/- pp. adults and Rs. 1500/-pp (Child 3-11 years). No fees/no seats for children < 3 years of age.
• Mode of payment: Cash.
• Opening of booking: Jan. 05, 2023, 1430 hrs.
• Closing of bookings: Jan. 10, 2023, 1600 hrs.
• Last date of cancellation: Jan. 12, 2023, 1700 hrs.
(Rs. 500/- cancellation fees per seat), no refund after the last date.
Full refund will be given only if tour is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

• Package includes – Transport, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Entry Ticket, Mineral Water. Other than this, personal needs to be borne by individuals.
• In this package, entry fee to Nadabet border area is included, which will cover only parade ceremony. Apart from this there is a museum and activity area for children, ticket cost for these are not included.
• Follow prevailing Covid-19 protocols. Carry Aadhar Card and Covid vaccination certificates. Organisers will not be held responsible for any untoward incidence or loss.
